配送步骤已选中某个方式，点击下单仍报The shipping method is missing。不能只看页面状态，Magento最终验证的是Quote Shipping Address里的shipping_method。

处理记录

修改邮编、切换账单地址或应用优惠码都会重新收集rates。第三方承运商若在此时超时，旧方式从rates消失，前端却可能仍显示选中。

SELECT country_id, region_id, postcode, shipping_method FROM quote_address WHERE quote_id=:quote_id AND address_type='shipping';

记录carrier code、method code与重算前后的rate列表。修复后依次测试修改地址、切换币种和应用优惠码再下单。

多节点站点还应在不同Web节点各请求一次，确认代码、缓存与共享文件一致；单台节点恢复不能代表整个站点已经恢复。
